Race Weekend is almost upon us!

Race weekend is quickly approaching!  We have a few more sections to clean up and some more bridge repair then the course will be ready to go for the MN Series race on Sept 12 and the HS races on the 13th!  Thank you to ALL who have helped so far this summer, the course is riding really well right now!!

Before I begin I need to announce that we will be raffling off a Salsa Beargrease Fatbike (MSRP $2,599.00) on Sept. 12th.  Buy a Raffle Ticket for $20.00 get a pair of Jail Trail Wool Socks by DeFeet and be entered into the raffle to WIN this AWESOME BIKE!  HUGE Thanks To Revolution Cycle and Ski and Salsa Bikes for donating this to the Mid MN Cycling Club.  All the proceeds from the raffle will go BACK TO THE TRAILS!

The Schedule
Trail Work:
9/2/15  5:30 p.m.: Mowing, Trimming, Bridge Work
9/9/15  5:30 p.m.: Opening up Passing Lanes for the race and any final bridge work.

We will be needing some volunteers for the following dates and times.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

Race Course Set Up
9/11/15  10:00 a.m.:  Mark the race course for Saturday's MN MTB Series Race

Race Day Volunteers hours:
9/12/15  7 a.m. Registration, Raffle, Course Marshall's, Parking
                10 a.m.  Concessions, Raffle, Feed Zone
                4 p.m.    Race Course tear down

9/13/15 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. Concessions and Clean Up 

Baked Goods:  If you have some extra time we would love to sell home backed goods to the racers.  Have them packaged in a baggie so we can sell for $1.00 a piece.  Zucchini Bread, Cookies, what ever you like to bake.
